Actuera is primarily focusing on the alignment of four key-aspects or quadrants of her clients:
Actuera offers interim management (BPO), the Maia Product Suite and ASP/SaaS to her 'clients quadrants' in a dynamic environment (see figure).
Actuera experts of six departments (from Research until Services) are taking care of change management, quality assurance and model driven software design and development.
In the next figure the design phase (as one of six) is visualized. The clients' products and processes are designed by Maia Studio and Maia Workflow (based on standards), and iMo standards are used for application design and deployment.
