ASP/SaaS: tailor-made business model

Actuera offers a range of different services and business functions. You have the option of buying the Maia Products or gaining exclusive use in an ASP/SaaS environment.

If you opt for the ASP/SaaS concept, you will be in good company: dozens of reputed pension administrators in this country and abroad have already successfully adopted this model.

ASP/SaaS enables you to conduct administration yourself without having to worry about hard- or software, as the Maia Product Suite runs on a certified, web accessible environment.

Your employees can also administer their own pensions and payments at their own workstations. To make this possible, Actuera uses transparent calculation models with annual fees applicable on a per policy basis. As you would expect, the authorisation procedures are watertight. Software services, such as planners and details of uniform pension statements, can be made available to your members over the internet (the so-called SaaS concept).

You maintain your own identity and independence in communications with members and management, pursuing an unbundled policy and making your own choices related to hybrid pension products. Actuera's actuarial department can also assist with the financial assessment framework (FTK) and funding ratio analyses produced by Maia and the annual accounts.

Actuera will apply its certified processes to arrange the periodic compliance and governance updates and to organise a satisfactory Service Level Agreement. This means that you won't need to make any software adjustments.
